You are really practised at joining in when others celebrate you on your birthday (after all, you've had a few years of learning how to do it!), and maybe you're getting skilled at celebrating YOU each year when the day arrives.
Here's the question though - and it's specifically for those of you with children: When you celebrate your child(ren)'s birthday, do you also take time to celebrate you as a parent....to acknowledge and celebrate all that you've achieved, all that you've learned, all that you've healed.
You deserve it...please remember this.
